Honored at People 2013 -- Saba Global Summit, this year’s winners represent companies of all sizes and across a range of industries.

ROI Power Award: Honors a Saba customer who has realized exceptional business results and ROI in the areas of revenue, productivity, and the adoption of people management strategies for a business unit, department, company or throughout their extended enterprise.Winner (Tie): Sephora and Springer Medizin Excellence in Saba Performance and Talent Management: Honors a Saba customer who has developed a flexible, accessible and relevant talent management system that engages, develops and inspires their people to deliver on business strategy. Winner: Under Armour Humanitarian Award: Honors a Saba customer who has engaged in humanitarian services (local, national, or international) in a not-for-profit, charitable capacity using Saba solutions. Winner: Laureate Education, Inc. Transformative Learning Award: Honors a Saba customer who has transformed their organization through the use of an exceptional learning program such as global training, social and informal learning, or the integration of learning with other human resource functions. Winner: Liebherr Mining Equipment Newport News Co Innovation in Collaboration Award: Honors a Saba customer who has achieved excellence or innovation in collaboration or social workplace campaigns that increased organizational alignment, helped close knowledge or recruiting gaps and/or raised brand or product awareness. Winner: E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services, Inc. Newcomer: Rookie Award: Honors a Saba customer who has made remarkable accomplishments within the first year of the project's implementation. Winner (Tie): Hitachi Data Consulting and Sberbank Exceptional Engagement Award: Honors a Saba customer who has achieved exceptional adoption of a Saba product by creating a stimulating and engaging environment for learning, collaboration and communication. Winner: The Home Depot 2013 Partner Excellence Awards Global Partner Excellence Award: Global Solution Providers (GSPs) and Global Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) were evaluated based on three criteria: development and commitment to joint solutions, new business creation and investment in the Saba Alliance Program. Winner: IBM Regional Partner Excellence Award: Regional resellers and regional service providers were evaluated based on three criteria: development and commitment to joint solutions, new business creation and investment in the Saba Alliance Program.
