Good Technology General Counsel Wins Best Bay Area Corporate Counsel Award

Vaisbort's expertise is leading legal and business development teams with a focus on international IP creation, protection and commercialization strategy, licensing, and technology alliances.

He also served as Intel Corporation's Media & Entertainment Alliances Director and as a Senior Attorney in Intel's Corporate Licensing Group, where he was engaged in the licensing of Intel's extensive patent portfolio. Vaisbort also served as Senior Investment Manager for Intel Capital, responsible for diverse patent and technology acquisitions. Prior to Intel, he was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Trillium Digital Systems.
