A veteran of the technology, media, and entertainment industries for more than 20 years, Vaisbort has been at the forefront of numerous innovative business concepts—as both an attorney and a technology business development leader. Vaisbort's expertise is leading legal and business development teams with a focus on international IP creation, protection and commercialization strategy, licensing, and technology alliances.

Prior to joining Good, Vaisbort was a founder and head of licensing, business and legal affairs for startups including Manana Media, Layer Dynamics, and Ripple Networks. He also served as Intel Corporation's Media & Entertainment Alliances Director and as a Senior Attorney in Intel's Corporate Licensing Group, where he was engaged in the licensing of Intel's extensive patent portfolio. Vaisbort also served as Senior Investment Manager for Intel Capital, responsible for diverse patent and technology acquisitions. Prior to Intel, he was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Trillium Digital Systems.
