NFJ, NAI, NIE And NGZ Declare Quarterly Distributions
The Boards of Trustees of AllianzGI NFJ Dividend, Interest & Premium Strategy Fund (NYSE:NFJ), AllianzGI International & Premium Strategy Fund (NYSE:NAI), AllianzGI Equity & Convertible Income Fund (NYSE: NIE) and AllianzGI Global Equity & Convertible Income Fund (NYSE: NGZ) (collectively, the “Funds”) announced today they have declared the following quarterly distributions.

The distributions will be payable on March 28, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 18, 2013 with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2013.
