received top honors in the seventh annual
for Sales & Customer Service. The company's
business won a gold medal in the “Innovation in Customer Service” category for its “Mobile Triage” technical support solution.
Winning the highest-level award in this category affirms Assurant Solutions’ ongoing commitment to helping consumers protect the things that matter most through responsive, reliable customer care. The company’s strength in delivering valuable products and services enhances the consumer ownership experience and creates lifetime customer loyalty for client partners.
Cameron Hurst, vice president of Technology Solutions who developed some of Mobile Triage's key features,
accepted the award
on behalf of the company and development partner, Mobile Defense.

The Mobile Triage solution provides consumers with the ability to troubleshoot and repair common problems with their mobile devices, including identifying and uninstalling malware apps. It also features a mobile client that detects pending problems and offers proactive alerts so action can be taken before problems emerge.

Assurant Solutions received two finalist nominations this year: a gold for the Mobile Services division’s “Mobile Triage” technical support solution, and a silver for Elizabeth Conner as “Contact Center Manager of the Year.” In 2011, Assurant Solutions was awarded a Stevie for innovation in customer service for its patented Real Time Analytics Matching platform technology that made it possible to pinpoint the call center agent best suited to handle an inbound customer's call.
