ACCO Brands Corporation Names James Mitchell President, ACCO Brands Europe

AYLESBURY, U.K. and LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE: ACCO), a world leader in branded office products, today announced that James "Jay" Mitchell has been named senior vice president, ACCO Brands and president, ACCO Brands Europe, with full responsibility for the general management of the company's European business.  The appointment is effective immediately.  Most recently, Mitchell was senior vice president, Operations, ACCO Brands International, overseeing European operations.  Mitchell also held a variety of increasingly responsible positions within the former Mead organization, encompassing marketing, sales, supply chain, finance and general management.  Before relocating to Aylesbury from the U.S. in 2012, Mitchell had been senior vice president and general manager, Consumer and Office Products – U.S.

Christopher Franey, who had been executive vice president, ACCO Brands and president, ACCO Brands International and Kensington, will relocate from Aylesbury to the U.S. as executive vice president, ACCO Brands and president, Kensington.
