Gordon has also conducted internal investigations and has experience representing clients before the New York State Banking Department and the U.S. Office of Comptroller of the Currency. He is skilled in mediation, both as an advocate and a court-certified mediator. A frequent writer and speaker on litigation and professional ethics, Gordon earned his B.A. cum laude from Cornell University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
