DEARBORN, Mich., March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Local 223 Utility Workers Union of America (UWUA) today announced it has reached a tentative agreement with DTE Energy. Local 223 UWUA will next move to set up ratification meetings with its membership to vote on the tentative agreement.
