Morgans Hotel Group Sets 2013 Annual Meeting Date

NEW YORK, Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgans Hotel Group Co. (NASDAQ: MHGC) ("Morgans" or the "Company") announced today that it has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at Hudson in New York City on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM Eastern time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set as the close of business on Friday, March 22, 2013.
