(NYSE: APL) ("APL", "Atlas Pipeline", or the "Partnership") announced today that the Partnership has filed its Annual Report, which contains the Partnership's audited financial statements, on Form 10-K for the year ending December 31, 2012 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
