Foster Company (Nasdaq: FSTR) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a $0.03 per share regular quarterly cash dividend on its issued and outstanding shares of common stock which represents a 20% increase over the prior year quarterly dividend paid. The dividend is payable Friday, March 29, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2013.
There are currently approximately 10.2 million shares outstanding.
