Enerlabs, Inc. Signs Letter Of Intent To Acquire 3rd Laboratory

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enerlabs, Inc. (OTC Pink: ENLB), an energy & environmental laboratory company, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a third laboratory specializing in hydrocarbon testing and located in Oklahoma.  This laboratory is a full service analytical laboratory with 5 employees serving the areas and industries of petrochemical, petroleum products, refinery, manufacturing, agricultural and environmental.  This laboratory has current annual sales of approximately $500,000.00.
