Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE: DLPH), a leading global vehicle components manufacturer, today announced its Board of Directors has approved the initiation of dividend payments on its ordinary shares and has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on March 27, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2013.
