The team behind UBM Live's eCommerce portfolio of events has today announced the 2013 categories for the eCommerce Awards for Excellence, which will be held on October 2 nd at the Grosvenor Marriot immediately after the first day of eCommerce Expo London. Having traditionally focused on retail specifically, this year the categories will be opened up to reflect the fact that businesses of all kinds must pursue excellence in their online presence in order to keep up with their competitors.
