Mad Catz® Selects CSR® µEnergy ® Chip For GameSmart™ Mobile Gaming Accessories

Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. (“Mad Catz”) (NYSE MKT: MCZ) announced today the Company’s wireless range of GameSmart gaming products for mobile and smart devices will utilize CSR’s µEnergy ^® Bluetooth 4.0 chip.

CSR is a global provider of innovative silicon and software solutions, and the µEnergy™ chip offers industry leading battery life and low latency, enabling GameSmart control products to offer core gaming experiences across a wide range of mobile and smart devices. In addition, the µEnergy chip provides simplified setup with all Bluetooth 4.0 compatible devices.
