Rockwood Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend

Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ROC) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its quarterly cash dividend by nearly 15% to $0.40 per share from $0.35 per share, payable on March 22, 2013 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2013.

The declaration and payment of any future dividends, however, will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
