The second installment of the Insights Series focuses on opportunities surrounding mobility and driving digital entertainment across multiple screens. The second edition of the Rovi Insights Series takes a closer look at the recently approved High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) compression standard that is expected to dramatically impact mobile video distribution and consumption. The series examines the theme of "outside-in development", an approach to product design in which mobile devices drive the personalization and interactivity features that today reside on the TV.
