NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday night:

Frontier Communications (FTR): "You don't want to touch Frontier. Stick with Verizon (VZ)."

VirnetX (VHC): "It's speculative but it does have a lot of upside."

Vonage Holdings (VG): "I'm going to send you to Verizon."

CenturyLink (CTL): "They already cut the dividend. This is why Verizon and AT&T (T) are the jewels of this industry."

Permian Basin Royalty Trust (PBT): "Why would I want to be in a yield cutter when I can be in a yield booster like Linn Energy (LINE)?"

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals (ALNY): "It's speculative but I'll go with it. I like BioMarin (BMRN), that's my fave."

Aqua America (WTR): "This company has come alive. I'm on board."

Molycorp (MCP): "I've been against that stock for awhile. I need a reason to buy it."

Bank of America (BAC): "The whole banking group is worth owning. I like the banks."

Photronics (PLAB): "I prefer LAM Research (LRCX) in this group. It's less speculative."
