WARRENTON, Va., Feb. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBSS) recently announced a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share. This dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2013 and will be payable on April 1, 2013. The $0.12 per share dividend represents a $0.48 dividend on an annualized basis.
Further, the Board of Directors set the date for its annual meeting of shareholders for May 21, 2013. The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting is March 18, 2013.
