Atul Bhatnagar, a distinguished executive with transformational experience at growing technology businesses, as the company's new president and chief executive officer (CEO). Bhatnagar will also join the company's board of directors.

Bhatnagar has extensive experience leading innovative high-growth global wireless businesses and has an exceptional track record of accelerating new product development. Bhatnagar spent more than four years as president and CEO of Ixia Communications (NASDAQ: XXIA). At Ixia, he was responsible for the development and execution of the company's wired and wireless convergence strategy, which further solidified Ixia's position as a world leader in converged IP services testing solutions. During his tenure at Ixia, Bhatnagar doubled revenues to

Earlier in his career, Bhatnagar worked for Divitas Networks, Nortel, HP and Tektronix in a wide range of positions. Bhatnagar received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from
University of New Mexico.
