LAGUNA HILLS, Calif., Feb. 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Itonis, Inc. (OTC:ITNS) and Charles Hensley, Ph.D., the inventor of the Zicam® Cold Remedy, and founding member of Itonis Pharmaceuticals, are pleased to announce the relocation of its company headquarters from Irvine, California to a larger facility at 22951 Mill Creek Drive, Suite A-1, Laguna Hills, California 92653. The company's other contact information remains unchanged.

The Company has entered into a 3-year lease agreement for that larger space to enable a planned expansion and facilitation of its new pharmaceutical developments.
