In addition, Antonio Adames has been promoted to Vice President of Mexican and South American Operations. In his new role, Mr. Adames is responsible for overseeing the Palmarejo and San Bartolomé mines, the Joaquin project, new projects and business development, directing operational procedures and site management teams. Mr. Adames joined Coeur in 2008 as the Operations Manager for San Bartolomé and was promoted to General Manager of the mine in 2010. He was previously the Commissioning Manager for Pan American's San Vicente project in Bolivia. He has broad mining and processing experience in Bolivia, Honduras, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
