IGO, Inc. Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Requirement

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- iGO, Inc. (Nasdaq:IGOI) (the "Company") announced today that it received written notification on February 20, 2013 from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share for continued listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market. For 10 consecutive business days, from February 5, 2013 through February 19, 2013, the Company's common shares achieved a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and the matter is now closed.
