TechFaith To Showcase New Mobile Devices At 2013 GSMA Mobile World Congress

BEIJING, Feb. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- China TechFaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited (NASDAQ: CNTF) ("TechFaith" or the Company) today announced it would showcase numerous new mobile devices at the prominent industry event, the GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona from 25 ^th to 28 ^th February. TechFaith plans to feature new ruggedized smart phones and a medical smart phone, along with some of most popular mobile devices from its existing portfolio. TechFatih will be located in FIRA GRAN VIA Booth number 6G76.

For the ruggedized consumer smart phones, TechFaith plans to feature Giant, an IP68 Android-based smart phone equipped with a 4.3 inch LCD; 8.0M rear camera, support dual sim cards and more. It will also feature Zeus, an IP67 Android smart phone equipped with 5.3 inch LCD; 8.0M rear camera, support dual sim cards and more.

For the ruggedized enterprise smart phones solutions, TechFaith plans to feature Sky100, an IP67 Android-based smart phone with 4.3 inch LCD, Precision GPS, Infrared location, built in 6300mah battery and more. It will also feature S200, an IP67 Android smart phone with 3.5 inch LCD; incorporate built in scanner, support reading and writing RFID and support handwriting.

For the medical segment, TechFaith plans to feature a new mobile health phone, an Android-based smart phone with self testing functions for ECG, Glucose, Body Fat Percentage, Blood Saturation, Heart Rate, Stress Level Analyzer, Thermometer and more.
