Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE:TRNO) announced today that it plans to sell 5,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering pursuant to its effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the repayment of debt, future acquisitions, general corporate purposes or a combination of the foregoing.
