unsecured revolving credit facility. The amendment reduces the current pricing of the facility from 1.50% over LIBOR, with a 0.35% facility fee, to 1.40% over LIBOR, with a 0.30% facility fee. The amendment also extends the maturity date of the facility from
October 14, 2015
April 14, 2017
, and the maturity date may be extended until
April 14, 2018
at the Company's option for a fee equal to 0.15% of the total commitments.
The facility includes a syndicate of 15 banks with Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., will act as the Administrative Agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as the Syndication Agent and Barclays Bank PLC and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, as Co-Documentation Agents.
