TSX Delisting Review - Northland Resources S.A. (Symbol: NAU)
TORONTO, Feb. 18, 2013 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW Northland Resources S.A. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin 2013-0115 dated February 11, 2013, TSX has determined to delist the Common Shares (Symbol: NAU) of the Company at the close of market on March 15, 2013 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. The Securities will remain suspended from trading.
