OTTAWA, Feb. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - It is with great pride and enthusiasm that schools and communities across the country will welcome some of the country's top athletes with a disability as guest speakers next week - many of them multiple Paralympic Games medallists - as part of Canadian Paralympic Schools Week 2013, presented in partnership with Petro-Canada.
Spreading the message of "Get Involved," athletes will deliver inspiring and motivational presentations to students from Victoria, British Columbia, to Halifax, Nova Scotia, and up to Iqaluit, Nunavut.
Media are invited to attend the athlete presentations, to take photos, and to conduct interviews with students, staff and visiting athletes. Please RSVP by contacting the school directly or Alison Korn at the Canadian Paralympic Committee at email@example.com.
