Argo Group Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend, Raising Per Share Amount By 25%
Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. (NasdaqGS: AGII), an international underwriter of specialty insurance and reinsurance products, announced today its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share on the company's common stock, an increase of 3 cents per share, or 25%, to the amount declared in previous quarters. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2013.
