PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 14, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Precision Castparts Corp. (NYSE:PCP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company's common stock payable on April 1, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 8, 2013.
