Made daily with shrimp hand-marinated in the TC kitchen, in a mix of ancho chile and spices, Shrimp Tampico is available at all Taco Cabana restaurants as a shrimp taco or quesadilla.

The quesadilla version features shrimp, pico de gallo and a melted blend of shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, grilled between two fresh flour tortillas. A special pineapple chipotle salsa, made fresh by hand, has been permanently added to the salsa bar to compliment this unique offering.
