Rep. Fattah Salutes Patience Lehrman And Harris Wofford Upon Winning Presidential Citizens Medal

WASHINGTON, Feb. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (D-PA-02) congratulates two winners with strong Philadelphia connections who will receive the 2012 Presidential Citizens Medal, the nation's second-highest civilian honor, from President Obama at White House ceremonies on Friday, February 15:
