Cardinal Bank (NASDAQ: CFNL) is pleased to announce that William “Randy” McVey has joined the company as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. Mr. McVey will be based out of Cardinal Bank’s Bethesda Banking Office, and will focus on business development efforts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
McVey joins an outstanding team of local lenders with regional expertise. Most recently a Vice President with Eagle Bank in Bethesda, he has extensive experience in Lending, Business Banking, and Retail Banking with a number of regional banks including M&T and Sandy Spring.
A longtime resident of Montgomery County, MD, McVey has been an active member of the community throughout his career. He has served on the Board of Governors of The Chelsea School, and in several positions in Silver Spring, MD civic organizations, including the YMCA and the Silver Spring Redevelopment Committee. He is a founding Board Member of the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
