Feb. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE:ACI) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.03 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable
March 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on
March 1, 2013.
