Everlert, Inc., Achieves Current Information Status On OTC Markets

MONROVIA, Calif., Feb. 14, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everlert, Inc. (OTC:EVLI.PK), is pleased to announce that the company has achieved the "Current Information" designation and symbol on the OTC Markets, which is the highest tier in the Alternative Reporting Standard.

Everlert, Inc. has filed its 2012 Annual Report and Financial Statements, Amended Articles and Initial Information Statement on the OTC Markets website ( www.OTCMarkets.com ). The recent appointment of Mr. Robert Hymers as the new President of the Company has been instrumental in the pursuit of achieving the "Current Information" designation. Mr. Hymers is leading the charge in establishing Everlert as a significant going concern in the US postage meter industry.
