BETHESDA, Md., Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") (NYSE: DRH) will report financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2012 after the market closes on Thursday, February 28, 2013. A conference call for investors and other interested parties is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on March 1, 2013. Management will discuss the Company's fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2012 operating results as well as its outlook for 2013.
