Cedar Realty Trust Announces Exercise Of Over-Allotment Option
PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., Feb. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CDR) today announced that the underwriters of its 7.25% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock offering exercised their over-allotment option to purchase 300,000 shares in addition to the 2 million shares that priced on February 7, 2013. Gross proceeds, before underwriting costs, for the full 2.3 million shares were approximately $56.5 million and closing occurred today.
