NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- iStar Financial Inc. (NYSE: SFI) announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year of 2012 on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, prior to the opening of the market.
