BlackBerry designs, manufactures, and markets wireless solutions worldwide. Research in Motion has a market cap of $8.89 billion and is part of the technology sector. Shares are up 42.9% year to date as of the close of trading on Friday. Currently there are four analysts that rate Research in Motion a buy, 16 analysts rate it a sell, and 11 rate it a hold.

TheStreet Ratings rates Research in Motion as a sell. The company's weaknesses can be seen in multiple areas, such as its feeble growth in its earnings per share, deteriorating net income, disappointing return on equity and poor profit margins.
