Delphi Automotive PLC, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures vehicle components, as well as provides electrical and electronic, powertrain, safety, and thermal technology solutions for the automotive and commercial vehicle markets worldwide. Delphi Automotive has a market cap of $12.17 billion and is part of the consumer goods sector. The company has a P/E ratio of 10, below the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7. Shares are up 0.2% year to date as of the close of trading on Friday. Currently there are seven analysts that rate Delphi Automotive a buy, no analysts rate it a sell, and two rate it a hold.

The company's strengths can be seen in multiple areas, such as its notable return on equity, good cash flow from operations and solid stock price performance.
