Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE:TGI) today announced that it intends to offer $350 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2021. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay indebtedness under its credit facility.
The notes will be offered in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), subject to market and other conditions.
