The board of directors of Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 31.25 cents per share on Phillips 66 common stock. Consistent with the company’s previous announcement to raise its 2013 annual dividend rate, this dividend represents a 25 percent increase from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on March 1, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 18, 2013.
