Lawson Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: LAWS) (“Lawson” or “the Company"), a distributor of products and services to the MRO marketplace, today announced that it will report its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, on Thursday, February 21, 2013, pre-market. The Company will hold a conference call to review fourth quarter and full-year results beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
