RBC's Global Strength Affirmed By Numerous Euromoney Award Wins

RBC recognized for Best Private Banking Services in Canada and the Caribbean

TORONTO, Feb. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - RBC (TSX: RY) (NYSE: RY) has received numerous acknowledgements in the 2013 Euromoney Private Banking and Wealth Management Survey, winning awards for the "Best Private Banking Services Overall" in Canada for an unprecedented sixth consecutive year, the Caribbean for the fourth year in a row and in the Cayman Islands for the second year running. In addition, RBC once again ranked in the top 10 for "Best Private Banking Services Overall" in North America and in the top 20 globally.

RBC Wealth Management achieved significant recognition for its trust capabilities, ranking in the top 10 for "Trust Services Globally" and earning the number one ranking for trust services in Canada, the UK, the Cayman Islands and Jersey. These distinctions follow a number of other awards recently received by RBC Wealth Management's international trust business, including Outstanding Wealth Planning & Trust Provider in the Private Banker International Global Wealth Awards, and other industry-leading recognitions from Citywealth and Private Client Practitioner.
