Intellectual Property Management Software Provider IPfolio Enters Into Strategic Partnership With ProspeQta As Distributor For Growing South American Market

BERKELEY, Calif., Feb. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- IPfolio, the provider of intellectual property (IP) management software built on the Force.com platform, has entered a strategic partnership with ProspeQta, a leading IP and innovation consultancy based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Under the agreement, ProspeQta becomes IPfolio's distribution partner for South America effective January 1st, 2013. A particular focus of ProspeQta's activities will be in its home country of Brazil, which leads the continent by a distance in terms of R&D as well as IP output.
