Martin Midstream Partners L.P. Announces Pricing Of $250 Million Private Placement Of Senior Notes Due 2021

KILGORE, Texas, Feb. 6, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (Nasdaq:MMLP) (the " Partnership") announced today that it and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Martin Midstream Finance Corp., priced the offering of $250 million in aggregate principal amount of 7 ¹/ ₄% senior unsecured notes due 2021 at an issue price of par. The offering is expected to close on February 11, 2013. The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility.

The offered securities have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, (the " Securities Act"), or any state securities laws, and unless so registered, the securities may not be offered or sold in the United States except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
