KILGORE, Texas, Feb. 6, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (Nasdaq:MMLP) (the " Partnership") announced today that it and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Martin Midstream Finance Corp., priced the offering of $250 million in aggregate principal amount of 7 1/ 4% senior unsecured notes due 2021 at an issue price of par. The offering is expected to close on February 11, 2013. The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
