Universal American Corp. (NYSE: UAM) announced today that it will issue its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012 after the market closes on Tuesday, February 19, 2013.
Universal American’s Chairman & CEO, Richard Barasch and Co-President & CFO, Robert Waegelein, will host a conference call at 8:30 am Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 to discuss the financial results and recent corporate developments. Additionally, a slide presentation, which will accompany the call, will be posted in the “Investors” section of Universal American’s website at www.UniversalAmerican.com.
