Designed in Milan, Italy the Panasonic Arc3 Men's Wet/Dry Shaver is optimized to provide a quick, close, comfortable shave and features 30-degree Nanotech™ blades, a 45-degree trimmer blade as well as Multi-fit Arc Foil that comfortably lifts and guides stubble closer to the blade. The versatile shaver can be used wet, dry, or with foam – plus, the unique water shutters allow for easy and quick maintenance.
