TMX Group Limited Declares Dividend Of $0.40 Per Common Share
TORONTO, Feb. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - The Board of Directors of TMX Group Limited declared a dividend of $0.40 on each common share outstanding, payable on March 8, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 22, 2013.
TMX Group hereby advises that this dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
